Conferences at Mannix College - Clayton

Mannix College welcomes conference guests outside the academic semesters. We offer comfortable and affordable accommodation for up to 240 guests throughout the summer vacation as well as during the mid-year holidays.

Many of our conference guests return every year, enjoying the ease of access to Monash University and the friendly atmosphere of the College.

Our in-house chefs can meet your catering requirements for anything from small morning teas to 3 course dinners for 240 people.

Facilities

Mannix College has approximately 240 available beds in the summer break, all with handbasins and some with ensuites. Televisions, DVD and video players are found in the common rooms on each floor.

Rooms for hire

Please note: Availability of the rooms below are seasonal and can only be hired during semester breaks or occasionally on weekends during semester.

Senior Common Room

Offers comfortable facilities for smaller groups. Presentations, lounge, cocktail party venue. Seats approximately 80 people and the Hire Price includes use of the whiteboards, projector, screen and microphone.

Hire Price Inc GST :$280 for a full day   (8.00am - 5.30pm)

                                  $170 for half a day (8.00am - 1.00pm)

                                  $170 for evenings  (6.00pm - 11.00pm)

Tea, coffee and food facilities can be provided at an extra cost, depending on requirements.

   

Hall

Accommodates presentations for larger groups, with audiovisual equipment included.               Seats approximately 200 people. 

Bar facilities are available in the adjacent Junior Common Room.

Hire Price Inc GST : $480 for a full day      (8.00am - 5.30pm)

                                   $280 for half a day    (8.00am - 1.00pm)

                                   $340 for the Evening (6.00pm - 11.00pm)

Tea, coffee and food facilities can be provided at an extra cost, depending on requirements.

Available to Conference guests.  Seats approximately 60 people.
